In his current role as VP International Marketing at Enghouse Interactive, Jeremy is responsible for the commercialisation of the company’s four key solutions across Europe Middle East and Africa. He is an expert in Customer Relationship and Interaction Management, as well as Business Process Improvement and Social CRM and has travelled globally presenting on the key trends in these areas.

Magnus Rolf – CEO, FEI Economics Institute

Magnus is an experienced education & training executive with 30 years in senior positions. He has delivered professional education to major clients in a wide variety of sectors, directly as well as via partnerships with universities, professional organisations and government agencies. As CEO of FEI, Magnus has steered the transition from traditionally delivered courses to a live flexible learning environment. He has established FEIFLEX as a market leader in Sweden with more than 2,500 courses completed since 2013.

Sammy Salmela – Education Technician, FEI Economics Institute

Sammy was formerly an audio-visual specialist at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, managing large events, including research conferences. He is now Senior Technician at FEI, responsible for driving the development of FEIFLEX forward. Sammy’s family hails from Finland and he speaks both Swedish and Finnish.
